12 Week Ultrasound | Friday, June 25, 2004 |
Here’s our 12 week olds! Baby A (top) is 55.4mm and nuchal translucency is 1.4mm (normal). Baby B (bottom) is 62.3mm and nuchal is 2.8mm (larger than normal). If you look at Baby B’s picture, you can see the space at the back of the neck. That’s what the nuchal translucency test measures. Keep your fingers crossed for this one!

I am not sure if you still check this, as I see this is from 2004. However, I have twins and one has a much larger nuchal fold and it’s all I can think about. We weren’t expecting twins… and have a two year old already. I really want to know just for finding childcare - you need to know - as I cannot stay home (though I wish it was an option). I am past CVS and the high risk specialist doesn’t recommend a amnio. So, when I read your posting I wondered what happened to your baby B (mine is increased in Baby B as well). How is baby B???
