It was really nice to have Michael home, I slept a really long time - 6 hours, completely out cold! Dean came over and installed 3 of the 4 shelves in the pantry and it looks awesome, we LOVE it! I didn’t hear any of it, that’s how dead I was. He is going to come back tomorrow to do more work. I can’t wait for it all to be done. After that, we have a couple of more projects lined up for him! He is great, I’m glad that we found him. We went to the Woodinville Cafe for lunch. The boys were a little more awake but still really quiet. After that, we went to Forrest McWhirter (sp?) park and looked at the animals they had there. They have a little farm with ducks, horses, pigs, goats, sheep and rabbits. We couldn’t spend too much time there since it was dusk and the park was going to close soon. We’ll come back soon! In the evening, I got a bunch of stuff done, and Michael took a nap. Then it was time for their baths. We decided to switch roles since Michael should share in the joys of giving them a bath (I’m not saying this sarcastically). Well, we both sucked at our opposite roles. It was much like the first time we did this. Rowan was screaming his head off! Usually he likes when his hair is washed but Michael was holding him in a weird position and he bumped his head on the side of the tub. Not hard, but hard enough to start him crying. And in the bathroom, it is 10x louder than normal. I got him out of there and dressed him and that calmed him down. Then I had to get Elijah out from the bath, and Rowan didn’t like that so he was screaming! And Elijah didn’t like not having clothes on so he started screaming as well. Since they hardly cry, especially both at the same time, it was the most funniest thing ever. I felt bad for laughing through it, but it really was funny. I thought about setting up the video camera, but the boys will never forgive me if I did that! Poor Rowan, he seemed really disturbed by the bath, but he felt much better once he was fed. Instead of going back to our usual roles, we decided it’s best for us to get better at the thing that we’re bad at! Next week it will go much smoother, I dare to hope!
