Today was their 2 month well baby checkup. It was the first time it was just me and the boys. I planned out how I was going to carry them to and from the car. I just got the baby bjorn, so I would carry one in that, then carry the other in the car seat. If there was a way to carry both without the car seat, I would certainly do that. Everything went really smoothly, but I sure was a spectacle! I’m sure people looked at me and said “who did that to her!” Anyways, their checkup went fine and they are both 22″ and 10 lbs. 6 oz. I was really surprised that they were the same weight since Elijah always seems bigger. They were really good at the doctor’s office, they didn’t cry at all, which surprised me. The doctor said that they both look really good, but they still have thrush! Ugh! When will this yeast leave us alone? We have to be super vigilant about it now and we have another appointment in 2 weeks to checkup on it. If it doesn’t go away, we’ll have to try something more powerful. While I was waiting to make another appointment, I had Elijah in the car seat on the ground and this kid (maybe 10?) comes running up and then coughing over him!!! I was in total shock! I hope Elijah will be ok…
