I hardly got to see Michael today since in the morning he went for a run, then whenever he came home I took a nap, then he left for a climbing “film festival” with some friends. Whenever he left for that, I just woke up and the babies were waking up. After he was gone for about 5 minutes, both of them were in full screams, and there were no diaper covers (they needed washing), no folded diapers on the changing table. I managed to calm them down and feed them, but I was very upset that he got to go and “play” and I had two screaming babies! As I’m feeding them, Michael calls and asks me to get on the internet because he didn’t have the address of the place that he was going to. Yeah, right! I was feeding Rowan at the time and couldn’t pick up the phone and certainly couldn’t get to the computer. He got a hold of Theron and they went to the place together.

Later that evening, we got the babysitter and we went to see the comedian, Michael Ian Black, of VH1 “I love the 80’s and 90’s” fame. He was pretty funny, but not as funny as some of the other comedians that we’ve seen. Also, we felt so old being in a college crowd! :) We went to dinner at Stella’s Trattoria and that place used to be good, but they have gone seriously downhill. The food was blah and they didn’t have several things on the menu that we wanted. We’re never going there again! It’s pretty expensive to have the babysitter, and I didn’t feel that tonight’s festivities were worth it. It was nice to get out, it would’ve been better if we were able to have decent food.
